When bloodlusted fights are done. Typically they go for the win. If Phoenix just wanted him dead. Soul hacks would be the best and most likely option. Remember. The moment Phoenix stopped caring about the trail, he soul hacked. He even said so himself. So Bloodlusted would most likely soul hack more. Not wind attack. Not explosion attack. And Phoenix is definitely smart enough to do this too. Saying he could use other attacks isn't the best argument when we see his closest thing to being bloodlusted in the actual cano news an immediate soul hack. So if his bloodlusted in canon is too immdiantly Soul hack. Why would it be any different here

For as wierd as it is I would say pheonix wins simply because he can destroy souls which could likely kill Thunders stand, or atleast you know kill Thunder.

No. It would banish Thunders stand. Not Thunder himsel. Phoenix can sense, see, and detect Spirts and such. It was talked about that he could no doubt see Stands, and his power let's him Banish them. And since this doesn't in turn kill Thunder. The stand doesn't perform his magic. Plus is already in hell and can't.

But not even ghosts and spirits can see Stands, nor interact with stands.

Stands can interact with spirits but spirits can't interact with stands.
