Well, for starters I mentioned that victory is obtained by killing the other. But also, while idk how evil MvC Galactus is, I don't think A-Train is ever going to willing step in a courtroom (at least not S1 A-Train, which is the one used). I know that Phoenix is a defense attorney and that would mean that he is willing to help A-Train, but yeah, he wouldn't even be willing to let someone get away with info against him
