could it ground Pet Shop?

Can Papyrus effect Horus because he interacts with SOULs?

I have no idea. I think a Stand is basically a person's soul so blue mode would effect Horus and in turn would effect Pet Shop.

But at the same time, we haven't seen a flying creature get hit by blue mode and if that would negate their flight or not... because Frisk could still jump so why wouldn't it let Pet Shop fly.

Blue mode is hard to interpret in this kinda thing because.

it stopped Frisk from freely moving vertically, but they can still jump.

Does this mean Pet Shop can fly for a limited amount of time or...? I think that's the main thing that's gonna make this fight interesting.

Blue mode essentially stops flight. They can still move and jump but it stops permanent air mobility

So...Pet Shop is gonna have a huge disadvantage then because I don't think a bird can jump that high.

At that point I think it just goes to Papyrus immediately hitting his soul with the big bone attacks.

Jumping is a purely physical process just like Pet Shop's flight is a physical process.

It's because Frisks Soul can freely move in any direction before blue mode which forces the soul to basically be grounded. Frisk can jump but then he returns to the ground so to speak. Before that, his soul is 'red' and can move freely

Therefore, it's fair to assume that the blue mode would atleast limit Pet Shop's mobility to some extent and would more than likely stop total flight for the bird
