Permit to Upgrade Lille to 6-B

So, Shunsui has been upgraded to 6-B as per the new feats from the Arrancar, and Lille is fighting evenly, and sometimes even overpowering him in some forms. So, should Lille be upgraded to 6-B? Or is it just the nature of his dura-negating Quincy powers?

Soon there would be a massive thread for the Fullbring, TYBW, and novel scaling, like it already was for SS and HM/FTK arcs, so all of the upgrades to the Quincies would be done there.
