Pause the Game! Han Jee-Han vs Julius Nova Chrono

I'm honestly not sure how much Julius uses them. Though I believe he prefers to stick to his time based abilities.

Jee-Han can negate magic with various techniques. Magical shackles of binding, an AoE anti-magic wave, anti-magic barriers.
 
If Julius is insanely dependent on magic, he's f*cked. Magicians typically can't brawl well, but Han Jee Han is also a novice martial artist. He should take this one after a short fight where he'd take quite the beating due to his opponent's incridible intellect, but ultimately win for he is a master at exploiting his opponents's weaknesses, maximizing his own strengths, countering his opponents's and minimizing his weaknesses to broken, painful levels.
