I love that I can say this unironically... Ryuji headbutts her into submission. One or two headbutts are enough to inflict Forget, which will keep Sakura from using any ninjutsu, including her super strength technique.
Some Bad Beats and Zios later and Sakura'll either die from the damage or kill herself out of Despair status.
