hmmm guys.... i think in dragon ball have good experience and data...

on what data base pan is 4A tier ? .... I can say that it is a crazy fact .... I explain to you why ... L general rildo in base form has the same power as majin bu ... goku himself state this power,so now .... rildo with a casual punch , sends pan to sleep ... as if it were nothing ..... pan tier is from 5B to 4C...is female saiyan in base form..

in dragon ball gt general rildo is = majin bu...statement from goku...even in guide book..so pan is impossible 4A..rildo casual one punch she...if she beat gero is 5 A hig or 4C slow...to max...base female saiyan...is impossible same tier to broly ..this mean one think: all gt tier is errated ..in guide book goku super saiyan 4 is same level to vegeth super saiyan
