8 meters is not the right thing, we are covering 241.643 square meters destruction via explosion, an 8 meter explosion wouldn't cover enough to get even 9-A

1 Mi^2= 2590000 m^2 , which divided by 6.6 to make up the individual districts equals 392,424.24 m^2 per district? Seriously Im awful at maths so feel free to let me know Im a dumb egg.

Are really going to ignore the fact that the word 'disintegrate' literally just means "break up into small parts as the result of impact or decay" which will of course happen upon the death of a being composed solely of human bones held together only by magic and that in no way do the bones need to be pulverized for the dragons to be considered disintegrated?

Does this look like near-complete structural breakdown to a particle level to you? You can literally see the bones are still on the ground.
