This is a scan from the One Punch Man databook. According to it, Boros should be 4-C with the Collapsing Star Roaring Cannon. So, is this an upgrade?

We have discussed this a dozen times, and have decided that the word "Hoshi" (used in the scan) in Japanese can mean either Planet or Star, with the former being much more consistent with the rest of the series.
