Power Sealed Boros scales above Melzargard, who one-shot a monster as strong as DSK, who is stronger than Lightning Max, who killed one of the Three Crows, who can damage a wounded and crippled Suiryu, who performed the 65.12 Kilotons feat at his peak

if anything the crows should just be at most 7-C, but again they're still scaling to the same feat regardless
and besides, Suiryu being weakened wouldn't make his durability lower or anything. Even if he was dead he would be made out of the same stuff....
but point is, the town level value comes from the 65.12 kiloton feat.

As it is right now, afaik, only the likes of Monster Bakuzan, Suiryu and Choze are Town level+, while the rest of the Town level characters just scale/upscale from baseline

that feels arbitrary and completely illegal and also stupid and we definitely just need to reword that to at most town level+

Boros's stats are all ludicrously higher then Wario's, but this doesn't matter because of Wario's regen right? Well Wario has been knocked out before, so nothing stops Boros from just doing that.

Wario is an EXTREMELY straightforward fighter, and while he does have the Stamina advantage in terms of how long he can fight, he's more likely to shoulder charge Boros and get bodied then quite literally anything else.

Oh and if Wario somehow by some miracle breaks Boros' armor he loses immediately. Cause a High 6-A punching a 7-C is just going to reduce Wario to his base components.

So... yeah. Mismatch.

Bloodlust Boros and he probably just breaks his own armor and goes High 6-A.
