Oh wait we also have to decide on mass ejection for CSRC. I'm overall neutral towards it but leaning somewhat towards disagree as I think it's a bit of a stretch to say Boros meant he was gonna literally blow off the entirety of the surface instead of just destroying it.

What are you even talking about? CSRC is a super move that's far above his own regular power, SPC is a different case. And we're not adding the physically it's just unnecessary.

I agree with the upgrade and Saitama and Tatsumaki upscaling. Neutral on whether Orochi and Psykorochi's physicals should be flat Low 5-B, but I'm leaning toward agreeing.

Note: The databook statements that describe Boros as capable of ruining the surface of a planet, has also been translated to mean that he is capable of destroying the planet itself. However, going by the proper usage of the terms used in the statement, first translation has been evaluated to be correct. As such, Boros is rated as High 6-A rather than 5-B.
