I agree with everything except for the V-Slash being a laser - even if it's a form of light manipulation through technology, it wouldn't be called a laser.

I believe that the slash itself is made of light, but it's speed isn't, similar to how Kuma reflects air at light speed to create shockwaves that aren't necessarily moving at the speed of light when sent as a projectile.

I'm against this for the V for Victory Flash.

Rest seems fine.

Even if you all disagree with the VFVF being LS, could we at least give the Franky Shogun some form of light manipulation for creating a light-based projectile?

Wouldn't that imply that it was indeed going to get damaged then?
