Upon closer inspection I may have misunderstood that panel, it seems Kawamatsu was out for a few pages before he got back up and ran at Kaidou.
So he may have genuinely been KOed by that, but I'm not sure.

Luffy legitimately couldn't hit Trebol, because he didn't know Trebol was secretly a stick figure that was just dodging his attacks without moving. If he knew from the beginning, he would have won.

Almost like it's a Possibly rating. Plus, I'm pretty sure the value is generated based on the shockwaves that came out of his fist when he punched a guy in the head. But what the **** is with the Class P and E ratings? I get Luffy, Kaidou, and Lucci having Class P or E, but why the rest of them??

Why the hell would I want to remember everything about Trebol? I don't focus on a specific verse and only do that, I have other things I think about. That said, my claim was "Luffy couldn't hit Trebol," because Luffy literally said he couldn't hit Trebol before Trebol's weakness was revealed.

Never said there was attacking involved, you're the one who hopped in and started bringing up past instances where I didn't remember minor occurrences from the Dressrossa Saga in response to me just offering to help people out with the verse's scaling. By the way, since I genuinely think you might not realize this, when you open your post going "From someone who said," the most reasonable interpretation is that you're trying to discredit them by bringing up previous disagreements.

Luffy got completely overpowered by Raging Tiger.
Again, he still struggled a lot to do that, not to mention the fact that he got sent into that chasm by his gravity in the first place.
