Zoro and Sogeking, handcuffed together, were fighting Kaku and lil' Jobber at the same time. Zoro couldn't use one of his hands, so he made the Meito, "Long Nose."
Sanji fought Jabra after that had happened, and then Jabra had 1v1ed Sogeking.
