Based on the anime, Big Mom fusing Hera and Promethus together (while both were amped by more souls) was enough to create a homie that could completely overpower Kidd for a bit.
Misery was in the Manga too but we didn't really see anything from her.

If you consider the idea that Prometheus + Hera + Napoleon > Kid. Then each Homie is 1/3rd Kid. So this ends up with the Homies being 4,213 Teratons, possibly 11,2 Exatons.,
Small Country level+, possibly Multi Continent level (Is 1/3rd as strong as Misery, Maser Cannon, or Maser Sabre, which should be comparable to Big Mom)
