Literally all the relevant damage we've seen bolo breath deal was by incinerating/burning the target lol.
Saying heat resistance wouldn't be a huge factor in negating it is just biased.

I dont even think it matters if he was looking at sabo as the head popping thing is an ability he has to activate. Which he wouldn't have the time to do since he was caught offguard.

Oh no, he's still a piece of shit, he tried to attack Speed and Tama for example.
But he does seem to have a soft spot sometimes, i.e him taking in Ulti and Page One after killing their parents.
