Yes, but the scaling is:
Angry Jinbe(no Haki) oneshotted WW > Calm Buso Jinbe > Zoan WW > Calm Base Jinbe > WCI Base Jinbe. He's oneshotting the H7A guys while not underwater, and without using Haki. Katakuri has nothing on my mans.

Katakuri bury him alive bro what? Katakuri has superior Buso, CoO with FS, Range, Awakening would literally finish Jinbe and bury him just like he burried Luffy for some minutes but Jinbe would die via suffocation. Also Jinbe ain't faster either so he wont counter Kata's FS. He also doesnt have adaptation like Luffy to get stronger and beat Kata. The guy who's Buso bleeded from A Tobbi Roppo is getting beaten by Kata in a bad way

Ok, but what I am trying to say is that enraged Jinbe with no amps can oneshot the H7A dudes, and enraged Haki Jinbe would knock Katakuri out with one hit. Also, Jinbe knows and can use every one of his weaknesses.

I really doubt that would happen. Not only is Katakuri faster, but he has Future Sight and better base Kenbun as well.

Regarding One Piece's discussion rules, for real this time:
I couldn't find the thread where this rule was accepted, only the revision at https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Discussion_Rules?diff=4573302&oldid=4570635, and it seems outdated, as it's old, unsourced, and a calc for this feat's high-end only got 7-A, which wouldn't be an upgrade because Chinjao's weakest key is already 7-A+, so I would contend that we should remove it.
This rule was added in https://vsbattles.com/threads/requesting-a-discussion-rule-for-an-op-topic.153744/ at https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Discussion_Rules?diff=8002696&oldid=7999443. It's fine, but I find it quite poorly formatted and have rewritten it for clarity:

@IdiosyncraticLawyer; the issue was more with people taking the title "Ice Continent" as a justifications for upgrades or calcs that were continuously. rejected. That part at least isn't outdated.

Sabo was completely clean after this fight and Burgess was nearly dead with half of his face fuc ked up.

Marco and the rest of WB's crew besides Thatch and Ace got clapped by BB and his goons (though Jozu was down an arm I think).
BB led an ambush on Baltigo, and despite them having Kuzan with them, they still failed to kill or capture any revolutionaries.
Not trying to say you downplay Sabo, but the mfs who do will look like fools when him and Dragon show up and show out in the final war.

Pizarro got his hand fu cked up bad by Koby, and Shiryu got downed by old weakened Garp with no Haki, I'm willing to bet Vista or Jozu could slam them in a fight.
So yeah maybe Kuzan was there, cause otherwise their victory doesn't make much sense unless Blackbeard just went demon mode and showed them what he showed Shanks years ago.
