she never hit them with 3 homies, thats my biggest issue with her profile
the only time she combined her 3 homies was the first instance to one shot ulti and the second to slice punk corna dio (kidd had to dodge) and she created misery right after and that didnt directly hit either
big mom only used 1-2 homies to attack at a time

We also have to take into account three things
Shanks' inactivity as a yonko never gave a clear indication to his power. That move was only his opener after all.
Shanks' WITNESSED activity, whatever it was against Kaido during the marineford war interception, had Kaido putting that man in his top 5
Hao is a matter of will. Big Mom might actually be less deadly with it than she is with her homies. If Shanks' willpower/mastery of Hao is better, higher chance he just does it better. Even kaido didn't show advanced haoshoku snipe, whereas Shanks could. He might genuinely be the strongest via Hao because it just gives him THAT big of an amp compared to others based on his mastery/willpower
The last one isn't grounded in fact, but it's fun speculation nonetheless. She could be stronger or just as strong with Hao, but as long as she hasn't shown it there's no real measure to judge her off of outside of her triple-homie+soul amplification state

kaido came out unscathed as scabbards are the the first ones to hurt him after oden so whatever was thrown was blocked
the rest is fair

By the way, this is added to by the fact that Luffy unlocked Advanced Hao and Kaido still called it "shallow".
Having it=/= being good with it. To me Big Mom only using it in a fit of rage is a point against her whereas Luffy/Kaido/Shanks can just use it regularly.
