The exoskeleton's dura and the raid suit's dura have no scaling to each other. Give it up

Ah, forgot.
I don't think anything directly states that the Exoskeleton is more durable than Raid Suits.
Something that might be interesting though, is that Sanji implied that If he had fully accepted Germa technology, he would have been capable of "Easily" dismembering Queen.
So we can assume that Raid Suit + Exoskeleton would have allowed him to wipe the floor with Queen without much difficulty. Which makes sense, considering that Raid Suits are considered a pretty significant boost in power for the other Germa Siblings, despite their physical augmentation.
