I really disagree that's just shading since those are clearly small lightning in her palm as I pointed out (even if not drawn clearly), and this 'shading' is consistent all throughout the Robin vs. Black Maria fight chapter while you don't see it at all on her knuckle dusters while she's assaulting Sanji. But meh, this isn't really that important anyway. Both the digital-colored comics chapter and anime episode of this fight will really confirm things whenever they come out.
 
Pretty sure that's just shading. Oda does cross-hatching, it's very common for him to do long straight lines like that. Not Haki.

Random question: when Nico Robin makes a clone of herself and the clone wears the exact same clothing she does, is the clothing on the clone actually made of Robin?

But wait, if you can use it to make clothing, and mimic the original outfit's color and everything, couldn't you potentially do some shapeshifting stuff with your duplicates/clones, or is that reaching?

I mean just by visuals, it can't be that high, as irl nukes go as high as low 7-B (1.2 megatons), and the bomb that dropped on Hiroshima was 7-C (15 kilotons). Looking at each explosion side-by-side makes this quite consistent.
