Actually, Katakuri’s Durability downscales from G4 Luffy as, similar to Doflamingo, he could take multiple hits from G4 but he is noticeably injured by them according to the profile. So his Durability will probably be at 52.15 GT.

No. Doffy was knocked silly by G4's attacks, knocked an entire city-block away. Katakuri can take the attacks relatively well, and stays on his feet.
Being damaged by an attack that's comparable to your durability isn't a reason to downscale, that's to be expected.
