With by killing the opponent. Assume Nagato can actually walk (so before his legs were damaged).
No gedo statue this time. (So no soul sucking dragon thing)
I saw this thread, before but I wasn't quite convinced about the outcome.
Almighty push was enough to casually destroy a Rasenshuriken, and level Konoha at full power. Doffy's kept up with forth gear luffy, but that's still technically a lower tier than tailed beast form naruto.
Nagato has many more op abilities than Don such as soul absorbtion, almighty pull, almighty push, dogs that multiply when hit, and lasers and missiles.
