Only thing I disagree is this, Katakuri can make his mochi fly but even these had to be created from the ground first as seen here, if he could transmute the air into mochi he wouldn't have needed to transmute the ground/ceiling at any point in his fight and would literally be able to incap Luffy at the very start.

Other than that, I disagree with the soul/shadow points that were brought up at the start but it seems they were dropped anyway.

With that said, I will vote incon, the way I see it both sides have few options to deal with each other:

Incap doesn't work as Kata's mochi isn't really durable when not Buso coated and for it to be a wincon he'd have to trap Nagato and buso coat it for 24 hours straight (twice the stamina he showcased against Luffy).

Meanwhile Nagato's only remaining wincon is outliving, which is pretty meh and just makes me question why this thread was created in the first place.
 
Katakuri FRA 🚂💨

Katakuri being able to read the mind+see the future makes him know everything that Nagato is going to do, besides that Nagato doesn't have a wincon because of Katakuri's intangibility+body change+telepathy+precognition

Chibaku tensei and its variants are not wincons for the simple fact that their formation is too slow for someone of Katakuri's size and speed.

Removing the soul is literally useless as Katakuri will continue to have his shadow.

Nagato has Inorganic Physiology but he is a living being, even if reanimated, so transmutation on non living objects wouldn’t work. The match is added btw
