Imo, chapter ends with Kizaru revealing a new power. There are a few options:
-Future Sight: Works for like 3 panels, then Luffy does the same shit and wins
-Ryou: 3 panels, then Luffy wins
-Haoshoku: 3 panels, then Luffy wins
-Awakening: Actually wins for a chapter, then loses.
