Roshi took out Frieza soldiers fairly easily. The same soldiers who are superior to Raditz.

Roshi one-shots really.

And Saitama is now a baseline because Boros has been downgraded to High 6-A.
 
This is just a more unfair, more stompy Saitama vs Goku.

Roshi stomps badly.

He is > Base Freeza force Soldier who are = Raditz (PL is around 1000) > Full powered Piccolo > Piccolo with weighted clothes > Baseline planet level = Saitama

Add his huge gap in skills (who allowed him for a brief time to overwhelm and toss around an opponent stronger than him AKA Transformed Ganos until he got more power ups) and he literally tosses Saitama around. Or uses hypnosis to make him believe he is a chiken. Or Paralizes him to deal with his superior speed.

Already Saitama lost badly to Goku who was below this version of Roshi in the voting threads. This is a plain stomp
 
In Goku fight Saitama has speed advantage (totally useless advantage). In this fight bloodlusted Saitama should start punching Roshi right of the bat, but it's looks like AP/Dura just faaaaaar different and this wouldn't be a thing to Roshi.

And we can't bring any Saitama's feats from OPM because everyone is fodder and there just no 5-B's.
 
By now; I think only mindless baseline planetary monsters with no hax are the only thing that can be a fair fight to Saitama

For the love of god, we already had the goku vs saitama match. Goku decisively won against him and virtually everyone else in dragon ball that's 5-B is far stronger than goku.
 
They downplayed Roaring Cannon - Anime and that Databook Suggests that its Planet Level and only Murata Thinks Boros is Surface level

Star level is Highball

Planet level is Midball

Surface level is Downplay

Midball is more Consistent
