He currently has "Possibly Immortality (Type 7, and an unknown type)" listed, and this should be taken off, here's why:
Bruce was only hallucinationing him and imagining him. He wasn't really in the state of mind and he just had his back somehow fixed. And notice how he just disappeared magically at 1:40? And do keep in mind that Christopher Nolan was keeping this universe grounded and less supernatural content. And not to mention, many sources states that David S Goyer claims that he isn't immortal and the Lazarus Pit isn't a thing in the Nolanverse.
