New staff promotions

Hello.

The bureaucrats of this wiki have once again decided to promote some members to become part of our staff.

Here are the new discussion moderators:

The Wright Way, Ricsi-viragosi, Ogbunabali, Moritzva

Agnaa was also offered to first become a discussion moderator and then an administrator after a 1-2 months transition period, but did not feel well enough at this time to handle the job. The offer is still open if he should change his mind though.

Anyway, as usual, big congratulations to our new staff members, and please make them feel welcome below.

Also as usual, special massive thanks to AKM sama for handling all of the hard work of organising our entire staff survey.
