Recently I had made a Blog for a Silver tongue page. Aka, ones ability to manipulate with words alone. Before someone says it isn't combat Usable. It has a lot of use in a fight. Buying time, manipulating the less intelligent, distractions, a mean to keep someone calmer or manipulates their thought process, or get information out of someone which could help in a fight and other things. Just for people like Hercule, or the characters from Fallout, who have skill in even causing fear and a sudden urge to cower. Would this be able to come a page?
