Because Arceus's mindhax scales from the Lake Trio for them just being a facet of Arceus, and one of them has a 1/3 of the mindhax needed to mindhax Dialga/Palkia, which are omnipresent across the entire Pokémon Multiverse, so technically more than whatever Rimuru can resist.
