Awakened Dante had a hard time against Post Fruit Urizen since their fight tired him a lot, and he was at full power in the start of their battle

Nero defeated a tired Vergil so he doesn't scale to their full, peak power. When Dante was tired from his fight against Urizen, Vergil didn't had any problems with him

And since Vergil is > Post Fruit Urizen, Dante was even more tired against Nero than he was after his fight with Urizen. Same goes for Vergil

So Nero and Post Fruit Urizen might be around the same level

Well, Urizen can also slow down time, both of them have a limited Time Manip, but Urizen can use how many times he needs, unlike Nero who have a limited number of Devil Breakers
