Negation of Immortality/regeneration Vs regeneration through other means

then we consider that all the form of regeneration/immortality negation works on anything regardless of what it is?

For example in a Vsthread, a Zombot can regenerate because its body is made of machines/nanobots capable of rebuilding and reviving it now he is faces a guy with a magical weapon that is said to be able to kill immortals thanks to an enchantment, this weapon would work even if it was only shown to negated regeneration of magical beings and organic but nothing to do with robots/Cyborgs?

Second question: Same but the zombot only has mid-high vs goldy level negation interact in this case?

Logically speaking it shouldn't be able to negate specific type of regeneration that it doesn't have feat of, since biological regen and mechanical repairing is way too different. The godly regen negate tho... is also sort of depend on the context? I highly doubt that they would prevent repairing on a physical scale since the machine concept is still intact and specific level of godly negate seem to... Don't really prevent regen of the physical as long as it ain't conceptual damage since the negate seem to aim specifically at those non physical stuff and not straight phyiscal like high and below regen negate, unless the feat of the regen negate say otherwise ofcourse.

It's a case by case basis. It depends on the regenerations/regeneration negation mechanics.

An example would be: This blade induces a poison that destroys the bodies ability to heal itself through creating new cells. However, the character uses inorganic matter like a nearby car to regenerate by converting said matter into "fake" new cells, it would bypass the negation because the poison only stops the body from creating new cells, not the reconstruction of them through outside forces.
