If they were relatively equal, Natsu might have the advantage since Shukaku's wind will only make his attacks stronger, and Natsu can vaporize sand.

...Then again, isn't Shukaku intangible?

Could have sworn Shukaku got his arm hacked off one time. I think he can regenerate in a similar way to the logia types in One Piece.
