I swear finding someone at Natsu's level of AP that doesn't blitz him is a nightmare...

Post 2nd TS Natsu

Standard Psylocke (haven't read any comics of her yet though, so I'm not sure if she has any other forms)

Both are aware of each other's power. Both fighters go all out with 100% power.

Fight takes place in New York.

haha theres plenty of animes out there that can be around the FT verses level. Although the FT verse is rather unpowered compared to many others, with the exception of Zeref.

In this fight I think Psylocke would take base form Natsu, her telepathy and telekinses give her a pretty big advantage. However it Natsu hit Lightning Flame Dragon or Dragonforce Psylocke is screwed because Natsu's speed in those modes is insane, much above Psylockes. She'd get blitzed bad and current manga Natsu's power is already pretty high so I can imagine his dragon force is leagues above anything we've seen in FT thus far.

For future Natsu vs battles we should wait for his big power up coming pretty soon. Avoiding details for spoilers sake just incase. However once that happens he'll be a much better candidate for vs battles!
