Well Shiki has the slight advantage in AP, but Natsu has the better stamina and endurance, not to mention he has Class G lifting strength, meaning that Shiki's Gravity powers won't be too much help here, in terms of combat, both of them fight very similarly and have decent versatility with their elements, so I imagine they'll match each other back and forth, but I don't see Natsu's LFDM running out before Shiki's True Overdrive, he has the better stamina feats and even if they did both run out, Shiki would then be 8-A and Natsu would be 7-B still

So I give it to Natsu Mid to High Diff
