Natsu should take this pretty handily. He's got higher LS which counters Gravity shenanigans, he's also far more skilled and experienced. His fire will f shiki up given he's got at best Lava level tolerance. His Powernull would also likely burn through stuff like shiki's Gravity attacks. Shiki's best play would be his mobility advantage but he can't really capitalize on it given Natsu has plenty of ranged AOE attacks to counter. Not voting yet just heavily leaning towards Natsu atm.
