I'd say Natsu for now because even though Nastu can't hit Heatblast with that MFTL reaction time but Heatblast can't keep attacking Nastu because he will eat Heatblast's flames and keep replenishing his stamina and health, basically if the fight drags on Nastu will outlast Heatblast because he will eventually tire and you can't dodge with low stamina no matter how high your reaction is....just because you can see it coming doesnt mean anything if your body doesnt have the strength to dodge it

Speed equalized,so it's inconclusive, because i bet that 90% people didn't know that heatblast cam absorb flame to(not as fast as natsu and he didn't get anypowerup from it). It's more like fire manipulation. But if lfdm is allowed then natsu
