I am pretty sure all of the servants who fought the demon gods who govern the trash heap need "possible resistance to power null" since everything that is described about the place heavily implies power nullification and they may even need resistance to will power manip as well, and the ones who are divine definitely need resistance to power null since it is outright stated that the place has a field that cuts off influence of the divine.

For instance, powernull via the 2nd ring statistics reduction via rings 3 5 and 7, invincibility via the 8th ring immunity to status effects via the 9th ring (by cleansing them) etc
