speaking of Rank, I'm still stumped on a certain super rarity within Nasuverse that the Rank does not denote how OP one's Skill is.

namely, Tiamat's Independent Manifestation which sounds absolutely OP in description but only Ranked B. I would've thought it would be ranked A or EX given how Fate seems to like to hyperbole its stuffs.
