I think Luffy's tiered pretty accurately on this site, and I think Naruto's downplayed a bit for the sake of consistency. That said, I think the first point where Luffy actually loses is MAYBE 6 Paths Naruto, but he is definitely not getting past Momoshiki.

I feel like G5 Luffy vs KCM2 SM Nard is a good fight tho. Both in the Mid to high tier 6 metas with light speed arguments

Luffy is definitely faster here but I don’t see Luffy being able to put down Naruto before G5 runs out and Luffy’s just a crippled old man for a bit.

Did G5 Luffy get a drop in powerscale or did Naruto's lower forms have a boost?

Honestly, we need to start rethinking Jonin and kage scaling in order to fit new Borutoverse scaling.

Idk if I agree with FTL+ SM Naruto. Given that KCM > SM, and excluding his body flicker technique, KCM Naruto was more or less very relative to lightning cloak Ay, who if you’re decently charitable with is like hovering around light speed. And idk if I really agree with FTL+ Luffy either given that Kizaru can be pretty competitive with Luffy and Kizaru just blatantly uses light speed attacks.

The Raikage infamous databook statement is a simile and it doesn't put his speed anywhere, meaning that boi very fast. He'd just upscale tbh. However for both verse there are various meta's of speed.

Why is it in this case? Plus I think Ay is much faster than light considering he does the attack in base then Naruto out runs a several times faster attack. Not to mention a SM clone literally compares the two and reacts to him in a lesser form as you said.
