I think Urahiki was a different breed altogether. He wasn't part of the 2 man team and just a scout. His status was even lower than Kinshiki despite all the had he had. He wouldn't even qualify to be on the mural.

So going by that train of logic it's safe to say the Juubi Kaguya used in the past is significantly weaker than the one of the War Arc since the chakra of the Bijuu increased throughout the years.

And it's somewhat backed up with that fact that Kurama's Chakra (which Kinshiki referred to as the maximal they were seeking) would be higher than the Juubi's since it was said to be an abnormal amount of chakra.

No dude. Naruto was 17 when war arc ended. The Last took place when Naruto was 19. Boruto was born when Naruto was 20. Boruto is now 13 and Naruto is 33. Thats 16 years since the war arc.

But Boruto started when Boruto was 6 - 7 years old. Remember it started with the academy days. So 16 - 6 = 10.

What does Boruto's age have to do with Kurama seemingly getting stronger after the war?
Kurama's Chakra somehow grew enough throughout the years that it caught the attention of Momoshiki and Kinshiki, during the Chunin exams, when Boruto was 12 or 13.

Also yeah, 10 years would have passed when Boruto and Co were 6 - 7 years old since the war, but since they're currently 13 years old, 16 years have passed since the war

You've definitely reached what many believe to be Naruto's peak, and while I disagree and firmly believe that the best is yet to come, I can at least agree that Part I is a masterpiece in its own right.
