I was having this debate on twitter:
  • Current TBV Boruto vs War Arc SPSM Naruto, Equal Stats (Strength, Speed, etc)
Who takes this? I had to give it to Naruto Mid-Diff. Uzuhiko is a one-shot, but Naruto has counters.
Uzuhiko is cool and all but what's Boruto doing when Naruto send 2k clones after his ass before nuking him with 9 tbb?
Or just like, anything regarding TSOs?

Man… If Kishi was drrawing Boruto, the way he depicts certain action sequences and displays of power would be unmatched!

Ikemoto is damn good, but Kishi is just in a higher league.

These four scans say it all…
  1. Scan 1
  2. Scan 2
  3. Scan 3
  4. Scan 4
the man earned his well deserved rest from this work, his fanbase complains too much to deserve him anyway

funny enough Ikemoto is the person who has worked on the franchise longest, between 1999 and 2024, 2015 is the only year that ikemoto didnt work on anything related to the IP , even if we assume boruto ends on it's tenth anniversary , it would still 26 years year (minus 2015) of work
