Naruto vs Luffy, a three round battle, and victory by K.O
Round 1- both in base, naruto cannot use chakra arms, and can use rasenshurikens(he's done it without transforming), Luffy can't use gears, but can use haki
Round 2- Sage mode Naruto same restrictions as above, and Luffy can use Gear 2nd and 3rd and haki
Round 3- Naruto in Bijuu Mode, cannot enter six paths mode, can only use Kurama's body for 10 minutes, otherwise no time limit, Luffy Gear Fourth, can only use tank man for 10 minutes, otherwise no time limits.
Who do you think will win?
I say Naruto rounds 2 and 3 for sure, but uncertain about round 1
