Naruto Speed Upgrade

In Naruto, the Lariat is a taijutsu attack boosted with loads of chakra. It is said that the attack speed is close to the speed of light. Now when Naruto in KCM dodged the Raikage's attack, the raikage said he was the second person to dodge his FASTEST punch.

Raikage Upgrade is LS with Lariat, among other characters who scale to this feat.

It's not light speed but only close/near the speed of light which ranges from 50 percent to 99 percent light speed. So it's not light speed

MS Sasuke was Lightning+ and with MS was unable too see/react to Ay. MS increases the users reaction time over regular Sharingan which alreay greatly increases the users reaction time. easily light+

There must be a new calc, statement or acceptable multiplier for it to be jump tier.

U don't gotta be light speed to even blitz someone who is sub rel. Sasuke isn't 1 percent the speed of light first of all and that claim is out of nowhere. Blitzing another rel character doesn't need you to be light speed.

The fact that a near light speed character blitzed another character proves that the blitzed character isn't light speed. MS only boosts perception and reactions speed which we have on his profile. Sasuke had the reactions first of all his eyes just couldn't react and keep up.

Sasuke does not get physically faster too much at all.

Btw Sasuke is already faster than one percent the speed of light

Base Sasuke was Lightning or 1/3000 Light. he then has sharingan which gives a small bust and MS which gives a larger bust over Sharingan. him being 1% light comes from MS being > Curse Mark II which is a 10x bust.
