Naruto Part 1 - Shikamaru Speed CRT

This should be a very small CRT for Shikamaru.

In his Sasuke Retrival Arc key, Shikamaru's ratings are:

Speed: Subsonic+ (At least as fast as before. Implied to be faster than Choji and can dodge attacks from Tayuya’s summons), High Hypersonic+ with the Shadow Possession Jutsu (Halted Naruto), higher with the Shadow Neck-Binding Jutsu (Stopped CS2 Tayuya in her tracks)

The problem with this is that his "High Hypersonic+" feat of stopping Naruto which is linked there is interrupting Naruto while he is stepping over a tripwire... There is no reason to think that Naruto is moving at High Hypersonic+ speeds in this scene when the context of it is Naruto being warned about a tripwire and taking care to avoid stepping on it. While Shikamaru reacted quick enough to stop Naruto from stepping on another hidden tripwire, this is not good for scaling to that value.

I propose that we just remove that bit of him scaling to Naruto, and shift the High Hypersonic+ rating to his jutsu against CS2 Tayuya.

Yeah, this makes sense. Honestly, thinking back on it, I'm not even sure what Tracer and I were thinking with this one lol.
