Naruto/Boruto Dattebayo General Discussion Thread #2

Super manga and anime are both canon as well, they just both execute it differently since Toriyama gives both a rough draft of what he wants.

Momoshiki's profile has both movie form and manga form which are both very different from each other with different cliffhanger endings.The true canon for the momshiki arc will obviously be the anime iteration of it since it involves all 3 members.
 
the Movie version is no longer canon, the movie from is just merely an image, his stats come directly from the Manga
 
Also this isnt the thread to be Comparing Boruto with DBS, also goku from the super manga might get his own profile
 
Anime Momoshiki Arc is Canon because:

  • Manga writer Supervises
  • Manga Writer connects anime with the manga
  • Kishimoto's Original scriot for the movie is being adapted.
 
Yep,most likely planet,since they grow chakra trees on plantes and also Naruto wiki states that it is a planet if i don't forget.
 
i acutally read the light novel and the narrator said it was a star not a planet and momoshiki absorbed all of it unlike whats his face(Toneri)

damn, I hope this is shown in the anime.
 
meh it wasnt shown in neither the manga nor movie so i wouldnt have my hopes up to high but if it is shown then we gonna need alot of new profiles. A manga kaguya profile, a anime momoshiki, a movie momoshiki and manga momoshiki profile also not forgetting naruto and sasuke profiles from anime, movie and manga so this would be alot of work but oh well
 
I dont think we would need seperate profiles since we know that the anime is canon, the manga likely just leaves things out and the movie is obviously the lesser canon.
 
im hoping that this arc lasts 40+ episodes so that by the time Momoshiki invades we have a new opening...lol
