okay cause Shojoji and Ao did some pretty badass things and cool new jutsus and Boruto has been getting more experience and id even say more tactical and Mitsuki has shown off a new just hehe...Purple Lightning. The scaling is also constant
 
So something needs to be changed urgently

Currently Third raikage A tier has a Possibly High 6-C which is really stupid considering he got handled by SM naruto so we either Downgrade him to 7-B or upgrade half the 7-Bs to Possibly High 6-C

Doesn't he scale from Oxtopus?

Also, I remember him being entirely unaffected by anything KCM Naruto threw at him.
 
His attack was deflected by SM naruto meaning it had to output same or greater force

He was affected but not greatly mostly cause of his skin structure

If we allowed this we would have to allow SM naruto harming Kurama

Roshi harming Hachibi etc and would lead to a lot of High 6-c changes
 
No.. KCM Naruto was clearly struggling and it was stated over the course of the fight that his Hells tab would of killed Naruto

Naruto never able to harm 3rd Raikage and only defeat him with use of his only weakness; his attack more powerful than his defense.

Deflecting someones attack means u have to output same energy as the attack

Rasengan is also clearly cracking his body there

Counting Third raikages tail cutting but not any of the other attacks that harmed bijuu would be wrong especially As(Fourth raikages) feat where he cuts Hachibis horn

Either none of it is good or all of it is good
 
Not really. Else, we get stuff like Mountain level EMIYA. Raikagenaut had his arm completely stretched out and away from his body. A pose like that would need little to point at a different direction. That said, the Rasengan did pack quite the punch since it bent his elbow and all, but it still doesn't need the exact same force.
 
Even without deflecting(Which would require enough force to scale) the rasengan cracked him and the previous FRS damaged him aswell

And most important of all accepting one thing but calling others outliers even if they happened in the same fight is idiotic
 
lol i dont believe Sage Mode naruto is strong enough to fight 8 tails back then if we wanna say he can defeat 3rd raikage with one rasegan lol. Besides the issue with the rasengan i think this is clearly a speed feat right here and could very much back up the issue with Naruto point blank dodging the raikage as a outlier if sage mode naruto can react at the last second agaisnt 3rd raikage
 
3rd Raikage cut Hachibi's horn -his tails not that hard i think as Minato nearly cut it- and BD didn't harm the 3rd verified by himself and they ask themselves how 3rd take that wound. Naruto solved this and with the use of this knowledge, SM and Rasengan he turn use 3rd weakness.

RS ignore durability to some degree, BD don't ignore and for this reason alone you can't compare them. Also, you need to present full context.

I dont either but if he keeps his High 6-C it would be arbitrary to not give it to naruto and those that scale

No one is saying he can one shot with rasengan just that he is as strong as Raikage

KCM>>SM and he had plenty time dodging him enough to carefully place himself below his hand and formulate a plan as to how he would deflect his attack
 
naruto actually didnt have a lot of time to dodge he had to dodge at the last minute or his 3rd raikage wouldnt have had his arm in a position where naruto could use it to stab throught the scar. Really good intellgent feat for naruto tbh
 
I'll say this. Boruto should scale from Mitsuki. Episode 31 portrayed them as Equal against Shizuma. As far as Speed, Boruto and Sumire scale. I've just been lazy to go back to cite things U_U

Sigh...college and work was just too much for me while I live in Lancaster. 2h30min trips back and forth over 50+ miles, daily. I burned myself out...had to drop my classes this semester...
 
should we make another thread for called Boruto revisions for the next gen instead of Naruto revisions. Its hard trying to talk about new boruto feats amd scaling when were talking about naruto upgrades at the same time
