Kurama isn't technology and the hand isn't technology either. At least not his old one. Naruto's new absorbtion one is.

We should give the Bijuu Longevity and Intangibility since they're made of chakra. For the intangibility, since it's common knowledge that they give themselves physical bodies, we could specify it like this:

"Intangibility (Although the Bijuu transform into physical matter and give themselves normal biological bodies, they are primarily made entirely out of energy, and can return to that state at will. As they are masses of energy in this state, they are impossible to kill by normal means)."

No technically Sasuke BOS was about to use Kirin until Orchimaru and Kabuto showed up and stopped him so he should be able to use it
