Plot: Both Vegeta and Nappa were flying around space before landed on a planet, as they saw many robots on their way looking for the dragon balls. As Nappa left Vegeta, Nappa than notice a golden robot name Commander Brutus, as Commander Brutus stopped Nappa in his way before engaging into a battle. As Both Nappa and Commander Brutus get into a fighting position to see who the winner of the fight

I won't be able to say much as I'm heading to bed like very soon after I comment, but unless Brutus has some like notable physical advantage (i.e. AP/Speed), I'm pretty sure Nappa can neg because:

1. He has a hefty speed advantage
2. Brutus lacks versatility overall on his profile. I think Nappa's range and ki kinda just give Nappa a huge advantage that Brutus cant counter at all

I do vote for Nappa, however, doesn't he speed blitz. With relativistic vs Brutus sub-relativistic? Even if speed was equal, I feel Nappa just kinda stomps due to Brutus rather barren profile

Doesn't say. The only thing I could find for Nappa regarding Low 5-B is being on par with Goku before he goes Kaioken, with the justification for that being he's on par with Nappa.

If there's a link somewhere on here that I can't find to explain why Nappa and Goku are Low 5-B, please show it.
