Nanoha Takamachi vs Arcueid Brunestud

It's not really an outlier. Nanoha and Fate were fighting Jewel Seeds the entire series, and fought one that was near it's full potential. I can understand it being out of nowhere but it's nowhere near being an outlier.because at the time we had no idea how strong Jewel Seeds were.
