We don't really know if Mael has the The One because Escanor's power seems to work differently than Mael, Mael doesn't become 10 foot tall walking behemoth when he use his grace.

The One Ultimate was already stated to be something different than the Grace so Mael doesn't have that.

Gowther's powers seem to be some of the best in the series and his mind magic has already been shown to bypass the Ruler since he was able to rewrite his memories with his spell for Mael. It's honestly impressive and awesome.

Lol no. True Wings King while almost being completely out of magic tanked an attack from Demon King Meliodas. Afternoon Mael who is far stronger than Ludoshel got knocked down by that very same attack. And later on they showed that Post-Purgatory Demon Mark Meliodas, Post-Purgatory Ban and Full Power True Wings King are comparable to each other to an extent.

True invasion is one of the best powers in the series.

2. 100% Demon King/100% Supreme Deity/True Magic Meliodas

3. Demon King Possessing Zeldris (Full Power)

4. Demon King Possessing Britannia

5. The One Ultimate Escanor

6. Demon King Possessing Meliodas (Initial State)

7. Wild

8. Post-Purgatory Ban

9. Full Wings King

10. The One Mael

With an ability that is the equivalent of the Goddess clan's Perfect Cube and even than it was stated that a few more hits from Demon King Meliodas would destroy it. True Wings King also managed to tank a few attacks from Full Power Demon King Zeldris using Pollen Garden.

The One Ultimate was already stated to be something different than the Grace so Mael doesn't have that.

Mael doesn't become a behemoth because he has full control over the grace. I mean by that logic he shouldn't get stronger from the grace at all because Escanor gets bigger since dawn.

ok? DK meliodas was stronger than DK zeldris the only difference is that DK zeldris got back ruler :/ plus using this isnt fair we have no idea if ludo would be able to do anything.. plus diane could slightly push away DK zeldris if she can ludo 100% can

Full Power DK Zeldris > 50% Demon King > Initial DK Meliodas

He never regained his full power when possessing Meliodas while he did when possessing Zeldris. Demon King Meliodas was only slightly stronger than Post-Purgatory Ban while Demon King Zeldris was holding his own against that very same Ban plus two characters of comparable power at the same time.

Because Elizabeth is roughly as strong as the two of them combined and she's weaker than Mael. The only one that could arguably take 10th place from Mael is the Chimera Indura and even that that's only a maybe.
